Vinny’s Italian Grill was started back in June of 1998 when two relatives, with roots to Palermo Italy, decided to open a new concept in dining in the Fredericksburg area. They had an idea to open a chain of restaurants that held one simple concept. They wanted to serve neighborhoods the best possible food they could at a value unmatched by other quality oriented restaurants in the area. They understood that most families would eat out more often if they were given the combination of good food, good prices, and top notch service. They also understood that these same satisfied customers would continue to spread the word throughout the neighborhood and which would help fuel the growth of the company. Seven years later the overwhelming support that these restaurants have enjoyed has proven that this concept will work. After starting with a small location on Leavells Road in Fredericksburg, the concept has grown to 15 neighborhood locations in several different cities.
